HOSTING AGREEMENT Term: The subscriber agrees to commit to a minimum one year hosting period at the prescribed rate. Hosting packages are paid quarterly in advance. Setup: The subscriber agrees that a setup fee may be payable if hosting and e-mail account setup assistance is required. Indemnity: The subscriber agrees that Dynamic Performance Group Inc., its affiliates and employees cannot be held liable for any failure of a web site or domain based e-mails due to technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment including firewalls, or software. Account Suspension or Cancellation: Dynamic Performance Group Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the account of any subscriber who displays any information or graphics that are considered adult content, threatening or hateful, or makes use of the mail server for the purpose of distributing unsolicited e-mails (SPAM). PRIVACY POLICY Dynamic Performance Group Inc. collects subscriber information only for the purpose of providing a service. Information collected is kept confidential at all times and is never provided to a third party.
